Gothic Lolita Aliceby ~Spectra22

Well, another Alice inspired drawing ^^ So what, though, right?
I bought this really cool art book awhile back called ‘Gothic Lolita Punk’ compiled by ricorico, and one of the artists I really liked was Eri Kamijo. I loved how her drawings were detailed as far as the lines went, but colored very simply and clean. So, inspired, and wanting to practice some more with inking my drawings on the computer, I wanted to try something close to her style of digital inking and coloring. Well, you know me ^^ I’m always kind of on an ‘Alice’ kick, and Alice in Wonderland is a sub-genre in and of itself in Goth & Loli culture, so I naturally came up with this.
The design may look familiar, yet I actually drew this long before I saw the new Tim Burton movie. Nevertheless my design for Alice in this case is pretty much taken right from the movie stills I saw and what I could gather from memory. Also I’m getting better at inking things digitally, and though it takes a long time to do I love the crisp, beautiful results.

Fantastic! I love the bold lines, yet the delicate details of her hair and dress are still there. Her hair bow looks a little crown-shaped, very cute! :3
